Teen Wolf Season 3 Myths: The Known Druids of Beacon Hills

Hello to my fellow wolves… From the previous episodes, you might have noticed that  Teen Wolf Season 3 uses a lot of Asian methodologies that maybe sometime puzzling yet interesting to know.  Lycaon, Mistletoe’s, Druid, Darach and etc. But the way, if you’re interested to see Teen Wolf Episodes online here at telepisodes.eu with the complete episodes from the previous seasons.

The first myth that we’ve ever heard of Teen Wolf is Lycaon. It is a Greek Myth in which Zeus turns Lycaon and his sons into wolves. Within the world of Teen Wolf the story has been expanded to explain the creation of shapeshifting werewolves and the relationship between shapeshifters and Druids.

The Myth of Lycaon first appears in the Season 1 episode Wolf Moon as Stiles Stilinski researches werewolves after Scott McCall is bitten by The Alpha Werewolf.

Darach is what characters call the unknown killer responsible for several ritualistic murders during the first episodes of Season 3. In the previous episodes, The Darach is pretending to be Jennifer Blake, an English teacher at Beacon Hills High School. Darach was just discussed more clearly in the most recent episode, it was the one sacrificing innocent people of Beacon Hills. The word Darach means “Dark Oak”.

The Druid is a Gaelic means “Wise Oak”. Within the Mythodology of Teen Wolf, Druids act as advisors, emissaries, to the werewolf packs.  The Druids had shapeshifting abilities and, while they could not undo the nuisance, they taught Lycaon how to shift back and forth between human and wolf.

Now, the known Druids in Teen Wolf are Dr. Deaton – Emissary to the Hale Family, Ms. Morell as the emissary to The Alpha Pack and Julia Baccari as Kali’s emissary.

Recently, we've met Jennifer Blake as the new character in Season 3 of Teen Wolf is played Haley Webb. She pretended to be an English teacher at the Beacon Hills High School. She says she has been in psychotherapy and hasn't been “emotionally okay” “for a long time”.

Just previously, we've learned that she’s the Darach, Jennifer Blake is the Darach, a dark Druid responsible for a number of human sacrifice killings. Her real name is Julia Baccari and she was once the Druid Emissary to Kali's pack. When Deucalion had the diverse Alpha's kill their packs, he also had them kill their emissaries. Kali loved Julia, and while she brutally slashed her and left her for dead, she could not bring herself to bring the killing blow.

And how about the Nemeton, where Julia/Jennifer got her strength to hold on for a little bit longer and found by Sheriff Stilinski. So, a Nemeton was a sacred space for ancient Celtic religion. Nemeta appear to have been primarily situated in natural areas, and, as they often utilized trees, they are often interpreted as sacred copses. However, other proof suggests that the word implied a wider variety of rite spaces, such as shrines and temples.
